Sommelier Thursdays are back
To help you make the most of your experience at the Hotel Les Bulles de Paris, we have created convivial spaces where you are invited to spend special moments. Our champagne bar and tasting room are part of the warm hospitality we offer. On Thursdays, we also organise a sommellerie meeting hosted by our champagne specialist oenologist, Sylvie Schindler. These tasting sessions reveal all the secrets of the bubbly nectar and each will present champagnes ranging from the well-known to the distinctly out of the ordinary.
The programme of our Sommelier Thursdays
To tickle your taste buds with a sense of anticipation, let's lift the veil on the programme of our next themed sessions. After celebrating the start of the season with Laurent Perrier Grand Siècle, we’ll be marking the 50th anniversary of Apollo 12 on November 14th by tasting the William de Deutz cuvée and Billecart Salmon's astonishing Sous-Bois cuvée. Then we prepare for the holidays on December 12th with two great houses, Lanson and Bollinger. Then it’s time for thinking about New Year resolutions on January 30th with two more must-tastes, the famous Veuve Clicquot Extra Brut / Extra Age and the sublime Dom Pérignon Vintage 2008.
